His formative years in Spain provided invaluable insights from advanced and professional players, further enriched during his time teaching and playing in London. Now Usta certified based in New York City for almost 4 years and working whit DTA training Net Generation kids , Boddy offers dynamic coaching for players of all levels, promising rapid skill development through expert techniques and dedicated guidance.

Beginner training plan
Your first lessonLearning basic court and racquet feel:
This initial stage focuses on getting comfortable on the court, learning proper grip on the racket for forehand and developing a basic sense of how to swing it with a light touch
Lesson 11+ Learning the proper mechanics for executing a forehand, backhand, slices and volley (hitting the ball in the air near the net), and serving, alongside understanding the basic rules of the game like scoring and fault lines.
Lesson 4-10Working on getting ball into play:
Practice hitting the ball consistently over the net and within the court boundaries, focusing on making basic shots that land in the playing area.
Lesson 2-3Familiar with fundamentals:
This involves understanding basic tennis positioning, footwork patterns, and the concept of hitting the ball at the full swing of the racket.
