Lesson 2-3Warm up in the serve box light hitting forehand and backhand , footwork. Serves and a lot of them . Nets , lobs , cross court and down the line
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonHandshake grip : forehand and backhand in the serve box , net , lobs , serves that are consistent, approach shot from a lob and more net play
