Your first lessonHandshake grip , ball bounce hand eye coordination, forehand , backhand , serves , lobs
Lesson 2-3Warm up in the serve box light hitting forehand and backhand , footwork. Serves and a lot of them . Nets , lobs , cross court and down the line
Lesson 4-10Warm up and challenge match to evaluate strengths and weaknesses
Lesson 11+Warm up , forehand , backhand, net , lobs, passing shots . Pick the ball up with your forehand and the racquet
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonHandshake grip : forehand and backhand in the serve box , net , lobs , serves that are consistent, approach shot from a lob and more net play

Down the line
Slice and drop shot are the same thing
Lesson 4-10Aiming the forehead crops court or down the line
