Beginner training plan
Your first lessonWe do an evaluation so I can see your footwork and technique and get a sense of your level.
Lesson 11+We just continue and tweak as necessary the focus
Lesson 4-10We just continue with above and reevaluate as necessary.
Lesson 2-3We will start with whatever needs the most attention but of course work on a little of everything. Typically technique becomes the main focus initially.
What you need to bringPlease wear sneakers and bring your racquet. I am happy to bring an extra if needed.
What I can bringI bring all equipment, including tennis balls, and fitness related extras if necessary
