About your softball coach
My passion for softball ignited on the diamond, and for over a decade, I've had the privilege of fostering that same love within aspiring athletes. I competed my freshman year at Nebraska Wesleyan University, a d3 institution with the American Rivers Conference. My sophomore year I will be competing at Hillsborough Community College in Tampa Florida, an NJCAA D1 institution.I'm dedicated to helping players reach their full potential, offering personalized guidance and technical expertise to elevate their game.

Beginner training plan
Your first lessonStudents will learn fastball spin and snap drills. We will focus on 3 keys for your first lesson. We will focus on release point, balance, body timing
Lesson 11+Students will learn changeup grip technique if advanced enough. Otherwise we will focus on the basic until they are mastered.
Lesson 4-10Students will learn stride placement and foot drag technique.
Lesson 2-3Students will enhance their focus on the 3 keys of pitching. You cannot be a successful pitcher before you have the basics mastered.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonStudents will learn arm whip and elbow placement against body.
Lesson 11+Students will master body placement of different pitches.
Lesson 4-10Students will master a changeup technique and then move onto a drop ball or screwball. A screwball in my opinion is an easy pitch to make on your body.
Lesson 2-3Students will be introduced to spin pitch grip. We will start with the changeup and then move to a drop ball and other pitches.
What you need to bringStudents will need to have someone catch for them, a glove, and tennis shoes or cleats
