Lesson 11+Players are challenged to maintain a high standard consistently while continuing to sharpen technical ability, composure, awareness, and adaptability in different game situations. Training becomes more personalized based on the player’s goals and long-term development.
Lesson 4-10Players continue progressing through more advanced technical work, faster decision-making, increased intensity, and greater overall game understanding. Sessions focus on building confidence, consistency, and performance habits that translate into real match situations.
Lesson 2-3Players begin building consistency through repetition, technical development, movement training, and decision-making exercises. The intensity gradually increases while maintaining confidence and quality throughout the session.
