About your soccer coach
Fueled by a lifelong passion for soccer, I bring 14 years of playing experience and high-level training to every session. I’ve trained with pro athletes and coaches and compete alongside D1 players from my club team while working towards the level myself. I have coached ages 5-14, focusing on ball mastery, shooting, speed, and confidence. First lessons assesses strength and clear goals in a positive, high energy environment.

Beginner training plan
Your first lessonI like to see where the player is starting so first we will do some drills to set a baseline. From there I will talk with the player and see what they want to focus on after that we will set up a plan together make sure we are seeing progress.
Lesson 2-3Second and third sessions will be more drills of what they have told me they want to focus on while still having a little twist with what I was shown in the first practice. Very upbeat and competitive while still having fun.
Youth players
Working with kidsMy lessons will have more games while they are still making sure the kids are getting the best of the practice. Kids are constantly moving and learning so the best way is to have the things needed to work on hidden into the games.
Working with teenagersI will make the sessions competitive and fun. Some games while also having to do more game speed work in order to meet standards of high level intensity.
