Lesson 11+How to bypass a defender, how to shoot, how to dribble with your head up
Lesson 4-10Long passes in the air and ground. Bringing the ball down to the ground (settling or trapping). Control the ball with their chest and thighs. Juggling 15 reps.
Lesson 2-3Everywhere they walk, jog or run is with the soccer ball (soccer ball apart of the body mentality). Juggling 5-10X with minimal errors.
