Beginner training plan
Your first trainingIt’s gonna some light dribbling and passing drills to get the player comfortable. Like 2-3 touch passing, how to kick the ball properly, shoot the ball properly etc.
Training 2-3Start picking up the intensity but making sure that they are working on the basics that fits with the players position. Like if they play defense then teach them how they should be moving as a defender.
Training 4-10Now we are finally able to go all out trying to push the player as hard as possible and make sure he trains with passion. We’re going to start adding conditioning drills like sprints, long runs, etc
Training 11+We finally reach a point where the player can be comfortable around me but still give me their 100%. I expect them to already be comfortable with the training schedule
Advanced training plan
Your first trainingWe will start off simple with some passing, shooting, dribbling. Like 1-2 passing, finishing with 2-3 touches, and learning how to control the ball close to you
Training 2-3This is where i start bringing in some agility/plyometric drills. Like hurdles, forward and backwards sprints, and quick movement
