Session Breakdown
1. Dynamic Warm-Up
Light jogging, skips, lateral shuffles, ankle mobility, balance holds (single-leg).
2. Ball Familiarity & Touches
• Inside & outside foot touches
• Sole rolls and toe taps
• Knee touches → controlled drops
• Basic juggling progression (bounce → catch → touch)
Emphasis: Relaxed touches, posture, eye-up awareness.
3. Movement With the Ball
• Dribble in open space
• Change of direction (cones, angles)
• Slow → moderate speed progression
Emphasis: Control before speed.
4. Intro Passing & Shooting
• Short passes (inside foot)
• Stationary shooting technique (plant foot, balance)
5. Cool Down & Reflection
Stretching + quick feedback on what felt good and what to improve.
