Beginner training plan
Your first lessonFirst lesson we will focus on the rules of the game. Pickleball is a complex sport with a lot of strategy and nuances. I will make sure if nothing else you know how to play the game.
Lesson 4-10After you demonstrate the ability to hit the ball consistently, we will dive deeper into the strategy of the game and how to put your opponent into a bind on the court.
Lesson 2-3After you know how to play the game, we will focus our next few lessons on basic fundamentals of serves, returns, dinks, and drives.
Advanced training plan
Youth players
Working with kidsWhen I am teaching kids how to play pickleball, I like to keep it fun. Less talking and more hitting.
Working with teenagersWhen working with teenagers, I adapt my lesson plan to fit their athletic ability, prior experience, and attention spans.
What you need to bringJust show up and bring a fun attitude. Bring your paddle if you have one.
