Beginner training plan
Your first lessonWe are going to learn the basics about what pickleball is and the serve because that is the very first shot needed in pickleball.
Lesson 11+Getting to the net and strategy at the net. Also what you should do in scenarios to throw your opponents off. Getting into tougher shots such as a very powerful serve and flick/rolls up at the net.
Lesson 4-10We are going to work on getting to the net and what you should be doing when you are there.
Lesson 2-3We are going to dive deeper on what to do after the serve and what your 3rd and 5th shots should look like
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonWe are gonna talk about strategy and what shots you should be doing in certain scenarios
Lesson 11+Strategy and thinking at a higher level so you can play at a higher level while mastering shots.
Lesson 4-10How to reset the ball and also go on the attack especially when in transition zone and when to hit a drop or a drive.
Lesson 2-3All about the fundamentals especially hand placement and wrist while doing drops and drives and dinking
Youth players
Working with kidsI will go over basics and teach them young so they can be competitive early and make that step toward the pro level
Working with teenagersI understand the attention span and will make it more fun but still add in learning and also getting better
