Your first lessonThe basic stuff so they can start having fun from day one, the same way I started :)
Lesson 2-3Being able to play a game - with the ball going back and forth - and enjoy it :)
Lesson 4-10They have a decent serve that’s not in the net nor out, they can return a strong and fast serve, dink the ball consistently without getting it in the net and having fun :)
Lesson 11+Their hits are low (not high that the opponent team can punish them for it and smash it).
Overhead shots when their opponents send them a high shot.
Youth players
Working with kidsI adapt to each kid based on their personality and strengths. A kid should be having fun, otherwise they won’t be interested nor stay focused :)
