Your first lessonI teach you basic rules, fundamentals & safety! Form is important to not get hurt. starting to work on hand/eye coordination.
Lesson 4-10Drilling & become more focused, intentional & work on placement of the ball.
Lesson 2-3Beginner drills. Move on once you can execute the drill.
