I found the lesson on dinking purposefully quite helpful, especially as someone still working on control at the net. Though I wasn't expecting such a focus, it really clarified how intentional dinking can set up the whole point. Kal's approach made me think differently about those softer shots, and I left with some practical ideas to try next time I play. Still, I hope to get more comfortable with the rhythm, but Iβll definitely stay optimistic about improving my finesse on those shot placements. Oh, Kal's lesson was quite helpful, especially with shuffling and the wrist breaks. The focus on switching drops and backhand dinks really clarified some movements Iβd struggled with before. Though I still need to work on resetting my ready position smoothly, I definitely feel more confident. Still, I think a future lesson could help me really lock in those techniques and improve my reflexes overall. If youβre into refining your pickleball skills, Iβd suggest giving Kal a shot so you can experience the benefits firsthand.

I'm really glad I continued with the drill on backhand drives and added backhand drops in my lesson with Kal. It was quite helpful. Plus, I appreciated that Kal was willing to play singles and even doubles afterward, which made it more practical. Though, I think more focus on backhand technique and footwork would be good for next time, and maybe trying out some new shots I haven't learned yet. Still, I feel pretty confident about my backhand now, so Iβll definitely consider trying another lesson with Kal soon.
