Your first lessonEvery player is different, so I don’t use the same training plan for everyone. I’ll start by identifying and working on your weaknesses, then build from there with footwork, controlled volleys, transition-zone movement, and resets. The goal is to turn your weaknesses into strengths while improving your consistency and confidence during real-game situation
Youth players
Working with kidsI’ve worked with kids in the past, and I believe the key is keeping them focused while making the lessons fun and enjoyable. I try to keep them engaged, active, and learning without making the lesson feel like work.
