Beginner training plan
Your first lessonI will find out how much you know about the rules and scoring. Watch you hit a few balls and come up with a workable plan.
Lesson 2-3Build upon the topics covered in the first lesson with the focus on ball control and consistency
Lesson 4-10Progress into a variety of shots such as blocks, roll volleys and drop shots if you are ready
What you need to bringBring a hat, water bottle and wear court shoes. Running shoes are not recommended.
What I can bringDon’t worry if you don’t have a paddle. I have a dozen
paddles and a ton of balls
