Beginner training plan
Your first lessonI start by getting to know the student, their favorite music, interests, and any previous experience. Then we explore the piano layout, finger numbers, posture, and simple rhythm exercises. By the end of the first lesson, students can play a few short melodies and feel comfortable with the instrument.
Lesson 11+Students begin reading more complex pieces and developing technique, dynamics, and expression. We set personal goals such as learning a favorite song or preparing for a small performance. Lessons continue to balance structure and creativity, keeping music enjoyable while building lifelong skills.
Lesson 4-10Students build confidence reading sheet music, playing scales, and improving hand coordination. We work on expressive playing and learning new songs each week, focusing on steady rhythm and musical phrasing. Small creative exercises such as simple improvisation or clapping rhythms keep lessons fun and engaging.
Lesson 2-3We begin learning basic note reading, simple songs using both hands, and fun rhythm games to build coordination. I introduce music theory in a playful way through colors, patterns, and songs to help students understand how notes and beats work together.
Youth players
Working with kidsWhen teaching kids, I keep lessons fun, creative, and interactive. I use songs, rhythm games, and visual aids to help them understand musical concepts in a simple and enjoyable way. I focus on building confidence and patience, encouraging curiosity, and celebrating small achievements to keep them motivated. My goal is to help each child develop a genuine love for music while learning at their own pace.
What you need to bringStudents should bring their piano books or assigned sheet music, a notebook for lesson notes, and any materials I’ve recommended for home practice.
What I can bringA full-size electric piano and additional learning materials such as sheet music, flashcards, and practice guides. I also provide a welcoming, creative space where students can focus, learn comfortably, and enjoy making music.

If you need to cancel your lesson, no worries! You can get a full refund if you cancel within 24 hours of making your booking. We want to make the process as hassle-free as possible for you.

And if you simply want to reschedule your lesson, change the date and time, or adjust the number of students joining, we've got you covered there too. You can easily make these changes within 24 hours of booking, and up to 72 hours before your lesson starts.
