Beginner training plan
Your first trainingFirst session is always an intake session , we will take some measurements of your full body and I will also ask a couple of questions about your health, lifestyle, goals .
Training 2-3for the rest of the sessions that follow you will be doing a lot of learning . Especially when it comes to the machines and weights . Teaching you all you need to know about strength training and recovery .
Training 4-10You should except to start seeing some results ! Within the first few weeks results will slowly but surely be shown . You will also start to feel more confident within the gym.
Training 11+Expect to not be a beginner anymore ! You should start to have a good knowledge of what you are doing within the gym . And really start seeing some serious results (obviously based on you and how consistent you are being.)
What you need to bringAlways bring water , and I will provide any extra materials needed
What I can bringWe would be using a lot of dumbbells , bands and machines .
