"Been working with sofi for a while now and happy to say results are definitely showing . Of course I have to put in a lot of the work as well, but with sofias help it makes it a lot easier !

I turn commitment into measurable progress as a personal trainer with 2 years teaching experience. I deliver evidence-based programs, movement analysis, and motivational coaching, fostering sustainable strength, mobility and confidence with rigorous professionalism and approachable energy.

I’m a personal trainer with 6 years of experience specializing in strength training, sports performance, weight loss, and overall fitness. I’ve helped high school athletes build strength, improve athletic performance, and gain confidence in the weight room. I also coach adults who want to lose weight, build muscle, move better, and feel younger. My coaching style is encouraging, personalized, and focused helping you achieve real, sustainable results. Athletes, beginners, or improving health.

"I met Nick this year he was referred to me by my old trainer. He said that Nick was very knowledgeable about working with people dealing with old injuries and wanting to ease back into exercising. I didn’t workout for 5 years and Nick’s workouts have helped me feel stronger and a little younger again. I’m enjoying the journey with him.

"“Even at 57, Audrey pushes me to reach new levels of strength, balance, and mobility I didn’t think were possible. Her sessions are challenging, precise, and fully tailored — every movement feels purposeful. Training with her is a premium, results-driven experience, and I leave each session stronger, more confident, and energized.”

I’m a certified strength and conditioning coach and NASM certified personal trainer. I help people discover their inner athlete —because if you have a body you are an athlete! My background blends rehabilitation and performance to help people move better, feel stronger and return to activities that they love. I am a kayaker and a martial artist. I specialize in return to play, weight loss, muscle gain and injury rehab. I have worked with people ages 8-89!

Functional training specialty-driven and approachable, I convert goals into sustained results. As a former college soccer player with over 3 years coaching and personal training, I create tailored programs emphasizing functional movement, athleticism and steady accountability to help clients become more explosive, move better, gain strength, and enjoy training.

"What an amazing Trainer highly recommend training with him.

I have experience as a strength and conditioning coach for collegiate lacrosse, rugby, and wrestling. I was a personal trainer at amped fitness for a year and maintained over 20 clients across multiple types of training. I’m now the director of personal training at LA fitness overseeing all trainers at my gym. I coach anything from beginners to competitive lifters. I specialize in powerlifting or athletic training or general fitness.

"I’ve had a really good experience training with Logan. He’s knowledgeable, easy to work with, and actually takes the time to explain why we’re doing certain exercises instead of just putting you through a random workout. The sessions are challenging without feeling unrealistic, and he adjusts things based on your goals and where you’re at physically. I’ve definitely noticed progress since I started working with him and would recommend him to anyone looking for a personal trainer.
