I have over 7 years of experience as a Personall Trainer and Group Fitness instructor. I enjoy helpinh people improve their strength, mobility, confidence, and overall health. My teaching style is positive, supportive, and focuced on proper technique. I always adapt each session to my student's goals and fitness level. I work with beginners, intermediate and advanced clients, older adults, prenatal and postnatal women, and people who want to lose fat, build mucle, or simply stay active.
