I help women 40+ rebuild strength and consistency without extremes or constantly starting over. I work with women who feel stiff, tired, or like every missed day means starting from scratch. Living with Hashimoto's taught me to stop pushing through and start meeting my body where it is. That what I help you do. You don't have to be in shape or motivated - just willing to begin. Beginner training plan
Your first lessonThe first session is about getting to know you — your history, what your body is dealing with, any pain or stiffness, and what you actually want. We’ll move through some gentle, foundational exercises so I can see how your body moves, but there’s no pressure to perform. My goal is for you to leave feeling capable and comfortable, not wiped out. We start where you are, not where you think you “should” be.
Lesson 2-3These sessions build on what I learned about you in the first one. We start to establish your foundation — proper form, breathing, and a few key movements you’ll come back to again and again. You’ll begin to feel more confident and connected to your body. We keep it manageable on purpose, because consistency matters more than intensity early on.
Lesson 4-10This is where things start to feel like a real routine. We gradually build strength and mobility, adding a little more as your body is ready — never rushing it. You’ll likely notice you’re moving easier, feeling stronger in daily life, and showing up with more confidence. If pain or stiffness has been part of your story, this is usually where it starts to ease. We adjust as we go based on how your body responds.
Lesson 11+By now, showing up is becoming part of who you are, not something you have to force. We keep building strength progressively and adapt the work to your life — busy weeks, low-energy days, and everything real life throws at you. The focus shifts to strength that lasts and a routine that fits your life long-term. This is where you stop starting over and just keep going.

Advanced training plan
Your first lessonThe first advanced session is about understanding where your strength actually is now and what you want to build toward. We’ll move through real working sets so I can assess your form, your movement patterns, and how your body handles load. You already know how to show up — so we use this session to find the edges we’re going to push and set a clear direction.
Lesson 2-3We start dialing in your program around your specific goals — strength, muscle, mobility, whatever you’re building toward. These sessions sharpen technique on your key lifts and establish the structure we’ll progress from. You’ll feel the work get more intentional, with every movement having a purpose.
Lesson 4-10This is where we apply real progressive overload — gradually increasing the challenge as your body adapts. You’ll see measurable progress: lifting heavier, moving better, recovering faster. We adjust based on your energy, recovery, and life that week, so you’re always training hard and smart, never pushing into burnout.
Lesson 11+By now we’re building strength that lasts. We keep progressing, but we also learn how to flex the plan around real life — busy seasons, low-energy weeks, travel — without losing momentum. This is the long game: strength you keep, a body that supports your life, and training that fits it instead of taking it over.

What you need to bringJust comfortable clothes, water, and a willingness to start where you are. If you’d rather use your own mat, bring it — otherwise I’ve got one for you. If you have any equipment at home like bands or weights, we’ll use it, but it’s not required. A lot of what we do needs no equipment at all.

What I can bringFor in-person sessions, I bring what we need — dumbbells, resistance bands, and a mat. You don’t need to own anything to get started. (Mats are personal, though, so if you have your own and prefer to use it, feel free to bring it.) If we train in a gym setting, we’ll have access to all the equipment you’d normally find there. For virtual sessions, I build the workout around whatever you have at home — even if that’s just your own bodyweight.

If you need to cancel your lesson, no worries! You can get a full refund if you cancel within 24 hours of making your booking. We want to make the process as hassle-free as possible for you.

And if you simply want to reschedule your lesson, change the date and time, or adjust the number of students joining, we've got you covered there too. You can easily make these changes within 24 hours of booking, and up to 72 hours before your lesson starts.
