Your first lessonWhen coaching a beginner I usually teach the basics. How to cradle, pass, and holding a lacrosse stick.
Lesson 11+Continue development with more work in specific position that the student is interested in.
Lesson 4-10Continue development skills but will start focusing on specific positions and how they work. Like how draws work for midfielders to how defense positions themselves defending.
Lesson 2-3In the next few lessons will continue to strength basic skills. Will add a few new basic lesson like picking up ground balls to scoring.
What you need to bringA lacrosse stick, cleats, mouth guard, and goggles/helmet. Goalie padding if interested in being a goalie.
