Arden was the most engaging, enthusiastic, inspirational, and positive teacher Alannah has had. As a teen, Arden was able to easily relate to Alannah and use methods and songs that appealed to her. Not only was Alannah—who comes from the least musically inclined parents—able to pick up and learn so much from Arden, she was so inspired that she started writing her own music and lyrics. Arden’s passion for music is infectious—I wish she was still in Northern California to keep going with Alannah!

Grace was introduced to Arden over a year ago and took lessons from her for a 1 year.
Arden was incredibly patient with Grace and made her feel comfortable during lessons. Arden has a talent of explaining concepts in a way that's easy to understand. Her lessons were organized in a clear progression, building upon previous knowledge and skills. Grace learned to play real songs that she really enjoyed, which made the learning process more engaging for her. Arden creates a supportive and positive learning environment that motivated Grace to keep practicing, and loving guitar!
