The lesson exceeded my expectations, honestly, Trey explained the reasons behind each drill and offered practice routines for home, which I found quite helpful. Still, I’d like to see some more focus on improving my swing specifically, but overall, it was a good experience and I think you could benefit from trying Trey too.

This lesson with Trey was quite informative, especially in covering the basic fundamentals. Beginner training plan
Your first lessonThe first lesson will be based on what the players goals and expectations are. A quick physical screening and a questionnaire (unless completed previously). Typically the first lesson will encompass a swing analysis, followed up with a couple of pre-swing key fundamentals that directly contribute to the golf swing! First lesson may be adjusted dependent on the players goals and expectations.
We will also start with green reading and putting drills and games!
Overview of lesson.
Lesson 11+Any further lessons will entail more in depth instruction to improve their golf swing and playing abilities, mental approach to the game and further rules knowledge.
Lesson 4-10Lessons 4-10 will provide an overview of previous lessons with a Q&A session to address any concerns the player may have as they progress. The 10 step swing model will be covered in more detail and also ball flight laws. Course play, etiquette, and general golf rules.

Lesson 2-3Lessons 2-3 will reinforce our pre-swing fundamentals, Followed up with the 10 step swing model. Chipping and pitching basics/drills that reinforce full swing techniques. Full swing fundamentals and drills. Games!

What you need to bringClubs if owned, proper golf attire, no jeans, athletic attire is ok if not on a course. A positive attitude, and a willingness to learn! Most of all be ready to have fun and enjoy the game!!!
