Beginner training plan
Your first lessonThe first lesson I like to see how my clients hit the ball based off of instinct from we work on grip changes and and little bit of the swing process.
Lesson 4-10We continue to work on swing format and I will educate clients on course management and work more on short game.
Lesson 2-3The second and third lesson we will work more on swing mobility focusing on hitting the ball more solid. We may work on putting and chipping as well.
