Having traversed the professional golf circuit as a CPGA pro, I proudly boast a track record of triumphs, including two-time MVP honors with the Durham Lords Golf Team and a spot on the prestigious 2001 All Ontario golf team. My prowess on the green is underscored by multiple tournament victories, highlighted by a jaw-dropping low round of 62. A true testament to my skill, I once clinched victory against a McKenzie Tour winner and PGA Tour player, leaving an indelible mark on the greens. Beyond my exploits on the course, I've penned the insightful tome "Play Winning Golf," drawing inspiration from the timeless teachings of Harvey Penick to elevate golfers of all levels. I taught professionally to students of all levels at The Mandarin Golf Club, now called Upper Unionville Golf Club, and The Salmon Arm Golf Club.

What you need to bringYou will need basic golf equipment. A bag clubs, balls, tees, a glove if you prefer using one.
Most facilities will be lenient on dress code and so you can wear almost anything you'd like. However they may have some restrictions which can differ by facility. If you have a question about attire you can ask me or search the information out yourself based on the facility of your choice.
More than anything you should bring a positive attitude, a desire to improve and an open mind ready to learn new things.
What I can bringI can provide a putter and alignment sticks.
If you prefer to have a lesson in one of the beautiful parks in Victoria I will supply a mat and sponge and whiffle balls, so as not to endanger anyone.
I will have a camera and smart phone to record video of your swings, chips and putts.
Otherwise I dont generally use a lot of game improvement equipment opting for more traditional methods and techniques.
At some point I will have a launch monitor. Some ranges are equipped with launch monitors. If there is a lot of interest from beginners I can equip myself with clubs for them to use. Im also able to help you choose clubs for your level of game and pick up used clubs before our lesson should you require.
