About your golf coach
Originally from Sweden, Henrik’s passion for golf started at age 11, growing up surrounded by a culture of excellence and friendly competition. He played professionally on the European Challenge Tour, Asian Tour, South American Tour, and Swedish Golf Tour before transitioning to coaching in 1990. Henrik has spent the past 30 years coaching national teams from Sweden, Norway, and Belgium, as well as players in numerous European and World Championships. He now teaches at Encinitas Ranch Golf Course in San Diego, where his fluency in Swedish, English, and French allows him to coach globally. Henrik also shares his expertise in biomechanics and technique as an international lecturer.

Beginner training plan
Your first lessonWe start with the fundamentals and do a TPI screening to see your mobility and stability together with some power tests. Then we document everything we do and you will have drills and exercises so you know what to work on until next lesson. If you have questions then we use CoachNow to communicate in order for you to have control of everything in the same space.
Lesson 11+After 10 lessons they should be ready to play and now we continue with how to play the game and how we practice with the best efficiency. Attention on the intention.
Lesson 4-10Now we continue with the full swing and put our emphasis on body preps and motor pattern learning in order to learn the swing faster and understand the biomechanics in a easy fashion.
Lesson 2-3The second and third lesson we do shortgame meaning inside of 30 yards and putting to learn the basics.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonI always try to adapt the lessons according to what the student in front of me can do and their background. TPI screening and then body preps and motor learning.
Youth players
Working with teenagersDepending on where they are in their different ages meaning, chronological, biological or sports specific I adapt the practice accordingly to the windows of opportunity. LTAD, long term athletic development.
What you need to bringJust golf clubs but if you dont have then I will provide you with the necessary clubs needed for the lesson.
What I can bringDuring your lesson we use Trackman, 3D Sportsbox.ai, Forceplates together with CoachNow for you to keep all the drills and swings at the same place besides getting a report on everything we do during the lesson.
