About your football coach

With a focus on skill-building and strategic thinking, I'm dedicated to helping you unlock your full potential on the field. I bring a deep passion for football to every session. My goal is to instill not only skills, but love of the game. With two years experience coaching the Texas Titans I have experience with ages 7-13. I believe in teaching the fundamentals that will help every player grow into their full potential.

Your first lessonWith beginners we’ll start with teaching the requirements of their position and the basic movements of the position
Lesson 11+By lesson 11 they are no longer a beginner. we will be strengthening all weak spot and expanding on all skills needed for the position
Lesson 4-10By sessions 4-10 the students can expect to expand on their knowledge of their position while also explaining on their techniques
Lesson 2-3By the second and third lesson students should expect to know basic steps and techniques for their position while also building on strength and conditioning
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonWith advanced players the first session will be more of a test of their skill and knowledge
Lesson 11+By session 11 we will be able to work on all aspects of the students position
Lesson 4-10By session 4 the students can expect to work on specific drills to strengthen their weaknesses and become sharper
Lesson 2-3By sessions 2-3 the students should expect to do more position specific testing to better gauge the students ability
Youth players
Working with kidsWith kids I will focus on the basics of football (throwing, catching, running with the ball, etc). As they progress or with older kids we will start to focus on more position specific training focused on the fundamentals of the position and the game.
Working with teenagersWith teenagers we will have a focus on building skill and understanding of the game because at this age it’s more than just running back and forth. We will incorporate strength and conditioning appropriate for the age to help your teen reach their full potential
