Beginner training plan
Your first training sessionIf I have a student who doesn’t even know the ABC’s of football we would need to begin with learning the two most basic fundamentals- throwing and catching!
Training Session 2-3We would advance from stationary throwing and catching techniques to a more polished state of throwing and catching on the move while maintaining proper technique
Training Session 4-10Around this time, assuming they are serviceable at throwing and catching, it will be time to advance into more football specific jargon and situational nuances of the game
Training Session 11+By ten plus lessons students should have a competent understanding of the base rules of football and be able to throw and catch a ball. At this point they would need to select a position/position group they wish to develop further in and we will work on fine tuning those specific skills
What you need to bringAs mentioned above- students should bring what is relevant to their domain, but all I need is a positive attitude and a mind for molding!
