Beginner training plan
Your first lessonAsk the student athlete does he or she has a certain skill they are aiming for … after we have a clear goal we will stretch and try some warms
Lesson 11+We will be in full out competing and training with students from group 4 this optional only if the students athletes has made it to mastery if not we will continue to work on the smalls things
Lesson 4-10We will test what we learn and I will match up groups If is group work from 1-4 4 being mastery level 1 being the students I will assist more
Lesson 2-3I will Reteach the basics to be sure before entering rigors training methods for an more andavncd student
This will look like us doing cone drills and foot work and hand eye coordination .
