I began my training at the age of 13, studying Kung Fu, Boxing, and Muay Thai. In 1994, I founded Team Rey's, a venture that continues to the present day. Throughout my journey, I have achieved a state title, a national championship, and two international championships. My training involves both adults and children, aiding them in enhancing their lives and personal protection skills. I provide instruction to small groups through private sessions and also offer mobile lessons.

I’ve been a student of Sifu Ray’s since 2003. I am his fourth Wing Chun black belt. His extensive knowledge of Muaythai and Wing Chun along with other arts, and his ability to not only teach, but use these arts is impressive to say the least. He is a great instructor for the beginner and for the knowledgeable he has children’s classes for Muaythai beginner boxing and still teaches Wing Chun, your best bet is to try to get private lessons because you learn so much more that way and then can apply in a group setting before I met Sifu Ray I had traveled extensively north and south of my area to find a teacher that not only knew how to use the art, but could also teach which is hard to find Sifu Ray is probably a 45 minute drive for me and I did that four days a week just to gain the knowledge that he has. Definitely one of the best investments I’ve ever made.

Sifu Rey is one of the best and most competent Muay Thai and Wing Chun instructor I have ever met! He has unique style for teaching kids and adults! Both of my daughters have been learning from him since they were 5 & 8, they have progressed a lot in short period and they enjoy it immensely! He makes learning practical and tough but also fun/fair.

Best coach around for traditional muay thai, private/group classes, and overall fitness and health coaching. The most authentic muay thai gym in the South bay, arguably the bay area. Great with the kids. An overall life coach and futness/martial arts role model.

Sifu Rey is a no-BS instructor whose learned from the best in both kung fu and Muay Thai. The basics you learn will save your hide when you need to defend yourself or loved ones; if you're looking to fight like in the movies, Rey is NOT your guy.
