Lesson 2-3Building on their foundational movements and sharpening current skillsets in preparation for further instruction. Drills that focus on explosiveness and ball control during explosive movement

Your first lessonDownhill scoring. Getting the most out of your gathering to create shooting fouls. Drills will reflect that.
Lesson 11+Go over film and make in-game improvements. Drills specifically on what we see
Lesson 4-10Expand on skills training by creating more efficient movement. Post work/3pt work all on the move. Drills are anticipating the help/double team. Film and discussion about how to speak to professionals
Lesson 2-3Build on "scoring through contact" and creating space through contact. Create a skillset that includes a midrange in anticipation of helpside.
