With over five years of experience and professional qualifications from NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) and a degree in Fitness Training Specialist from InterCoast College, I'm here to guide you on your wellness journey!

Juvon is an excellent trainer. He challenges me while keeping things fun at the same time. He has an excellent knowledge of the body and his workouts are always different and specifically tailored to my abilities and needs. His workouts emphasize strength, stability and flexibility and i always feel amazing after a work out .
