Your first trainingDrill 1 Stationary ball handling- We will focus on dribbling with each hand
Drill 2- Dribbling on the move- We will work on dribbling from one side to the other
Training 2-3Depending on how fast we pick up the stationary dribbling, we will incorporate some dribble moves and work on form shooting
Training 4-10We will work on how to properly shoot a basketball and do some spot shooting
Training 11+We will work on everything from ball handling, shooting, footwork, defense, and reading defenses
