About your basketball coach
As a late bloomer, finding the love for basketball again later on in college I’ve played against NBA-level talent and professionals around the states including here at home in Denver. I’m currently active and could continue my professional career but am staying in shape and coaching for now till more opportunities arise. I love giving the knowledge of the game I’ve received back to whoever wants it, I’m here to help anyone of any age get better or learn so they can enjoy the sport!

Beginner training plan
Your first lessonFirst lessons with beginners will be a slow pace walk through of what we’d do during a regular session so I can gauge where they are and find strengths and weaknesses to build up your player and help them find a place in the game of basketball
Lesson 11+Hard work every session applying what we’ve learned and polishing our game so the more we repeat these things the better we get
Lesson 4-10Now that we have a base for your player we can start doing IQ specific drills on top of what we already have so they can put their skills to use in the flow of the game. Building confidence in strengths and building on weakness will be key here
Lesson 2-3Faster paces skill work form ball handling to shooting and footwork still assessing habits and starting to push them in a direction that can benefit their play style and strengths in the game
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonDo we have the basics down footwork/ role in the game/ strengths/ weaknesses/ shooting percentages/ where are my spots on the court
Lesson 11+All we should need is an hour a session going through our motions with good pace and intention at this point I shouldn’t have to do as much coaching and adjustments but I’ll be there for live defense/ screening/ game like motion run through
Lesson 4-10We have a good player profile for our player so now we know where we can improve and get high intensity reps in mimicking game like situations and looking at our efficiency when we’re tired
Lesson 2-3Push the pace include IQ based training should be able to pick it up quick. Start keeping track of percentages and include Gamelike situations
