Your first trainingIntroduction
Training 2-3Will continue working off the lessons plan for awhile to get familiar with the workout and gain confidence.
Training 4-10Will continue working off the lesson plan , but with a since of urgency being we’re familiar with the routine two weeks in now. Are confident and endurance should be getting results.
Training 11+Results, confidence, learn great work ethic, organization and preparation will all pay off. Completing these amount of sessions will be a graduation period of our improvement and also we get to move higher in the next lesson plan.

Training 2-3Getting right into the workout intense drills and conditioning each visit. Will always use a lesson plan on each workout that fits the athlete skill level

Youth players
Working with kidsTeaching the youth helps them get ahead and on the right path early. Learning the fundamentals is very important at an early age and this will help prepare for high school
Working with teenagersThe focus and the will to learn should be there when working with teenagers, helping build relationships though basketball and building confidence. Help there game to improve for the high school level and higher.
