Beginner training plan
Your first lessonStart with some basic questions and see what they want to get out of their training. Do some basic drills to see where there skills are at.
Lesson 11+Do the same drill we did during lessons 1 and 2 and see their improvement
Lesson 4-10A lot of shooting and ball handling mainly working on the fundamentals and footwork and then go into some more in depth stuff but depends on how much improvement the player is showing.
