Beginner training plan
Your first lessonI do an evaluation with the students to build a solid foundational framework plan so I can build from the ground up like a contractor so I can refine skills!
Lesson 11+This phase we should see confidence, skill refinement, psychological awareness and leadership qualities but if he/or she is a late bloomer we will make sure we keep a positive atmosphere and encouragement. If the become consistent they will get the results he or she is looking for.
Lesson 4-10This phase of the development will be graded so the parents will know the true value of their kids or teenager progression with fair assessment.
Lesson 2-3We build a curriculum tailored to the specific need of each student and group so they can get most out of the development! I’m a patient instructor all the student has to do give they best and show up with a positive mindset and growth mindset we will be just find.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonWe will do the elite evaluation to see what skills we will need to explore first to build off the strengths he/she has and identify all areas we can build from.
Lesson 11+The student should know how to watch games and learn the mental game and adapt to enhance I Q and apply learning and application and playing on elite level and stand out on all phases of the game expression great character and leadership on and off the court
Lesson 4-10We should be clearly aware as instructor and student what’s the expectation and creating an atmosphere of confidence, communication, and perseverance.
Lesson 2-3Do a lot of repetitive progression and build IQ and court awareness and build a position less approach so the student can understand how to apply and implement the appropriate strategies so the player can understand every position and the reason I do this because the students still growing and we want to make sure they do not be restricted or limited in no phase of the game!

Working with kidsI’m passion about helping students learn the game of basketball if they want to get better, and the process teaches life skills which I’m a fan about building champions on and off the court!
Working with teenagersI know working with teenagers has its challenges but I know how sports teaches great core values and leadership and that is why I love the game of basketball it build character and collaboration and social skills which is a great benefit!
