Beginner training plan
Your first lessonThank you for your interest in basketball training. For our first session, we will begin with a comprehensive evaluation to assess the player’s current skill level. This will include a review of fundamentals such as ball handling, shooting, footwork, and overall basketball IQ.
The goal of this initial session is to identify strengths and areas for improvement so we can create a personalized development plan tailored to the player’s needs and goals.
Lesson 2-3All other lessons will be dependent on the player’s initial evaluation.
Youth players
