Beginner training plan
Your first trainingWe will begin by covering the core fundamentals during our first session. This initial assessment allows us to identify the player's key strengths and areas for development. A lot of ball handling, foot work, and form shooting reps will be done.
Training 2-3As we progress, we will begin to introduce more advanced challenges for the athlete. While maintaining a strong focus on the fundamentals, we will target specific areas for improvement while continuing to elevate their existing strengths.
Training 4-10This phase focuses on rigorous physical and mental conditioning. Drills are strategically designed to test the athlete's boundaries through game-velocity repetitions. By this point, our curriculum shifts toward comprehensive player development, refining all aspects of their game.
Training 11+While certain sessions may decrease in physical intensity to allow for meticulous, skill-specific breakdown, the expectation for game-speed execution remains constant. Our goal is to train athletes to perform comfortably in uncomfortable situations. Translating high-velocity repetitions into live-game scenarios and organized scrimmages to accurately measure their development.
