Me and coach Rob worked on catching drills frame work and throw down I’m in college also. This is my go to guy before I leave for college.

We stayed pretty far but coach Rob worked with us and met me and my son in the middle and we got that work in at a random park he had at the supplies and ready to train. Damon learned a lot about things he didn’t know what could get him better and work at home.

Beginner training plan
Your first lessonMainly just a build up myself and yourself getting to know each weaknesses and where we can strengthen them up as in such and training.
Lesson 11+Start to tell me what you want to work on and I will go based on that and say what I have to say to correct those mistakes as you make them. Basically let you do you as in such through out those activities.
Lesson 4-10After that we should be working on those techniques at home and through out games etc a little bit room for mess ups sometimes but really attacking those weaknesses and building different strategies.
Lesson 2-3Attacking those weaknesses and making them great to actually start working more on those techniques.
