Lesson 2-3We begin with simple changes and homework. Things that they can do at home and incorporate easily into their routines.
Lesson 4-10More in depth analysis of their mechanics and a walkthrough of what I’m seeing. We get into the why of what they’re doing
Lesson 11+We begin to look at the future. No longer are we simply figuring out mechanics, but ways to increase velocity or power
