Locations: Partner and Regular

Where are lessons conducted?

With over 20,000 venues in our database, we rely on you to let us know where you're able to teach. You're in control of selecting the locations that work best for you. Your comfort and convenience come first.

To manage your teaching locations, go to Coach App > Profile > Edit My Locations.

From there, you can browse the map to add or remove venues. We limit the total number of locations on your profile to 25.

You reserve every location on your profile

When a student books a lesson at a location listed on your profile, you reserve that location. This rule applies to partner and regular locations alike. It also applies when the student pays the location fee: paying the fee does not make the student responsible for the reservation.

The only exception is a spot that is not on your profile. When a student asks you to travel to their own spot, such as their home, the student arranges access there.

Partner Locations

Partner locations are vetted facilities that TeachMe.To has negotiated direct access and rates with. They are best for coaches who want a structured, reservable setup with fewer logistics to manage.

Important: The location/reservation fee for Partner Locations is your responsibility as the coach. This cost is not covered by TeachMe.To and will not be reimbursed. Factor it into your rate before you add a partner location to your profile.

Regular Locations

Regular locations are any other places you teach, such as a park, public court, or club where you already have access.

• Any location fees are paid by the student separately at booking, not by you
• You still reserve the location, and you handle permits or approvals where required

You can have both partner and regular locations on your profile.
