Who actually employs the Coaches?

Coaches on TeachMe.To are independent contractors, not employees of TeachMe.To. This means each coach operates their own teaching business and uses the platform to connect with Students looking for private, personalized lessons.

What Does “Independent Contractor” Mean?

As independent professionals, coaches have full control over how they teach. This includes:

• Setting their own pricing and lesson packages
• Choosing where they teach (courts, parks, driving ranges, gyms, etc.)
• Managing their own schedule and availability
• Shaping their teaching style and approach

TeachMe.To provides the platform, booking tools, secure payments, and support, but coaches retain independence over their instruction.

Why TeachMe.To Works This Way

This model allows coaches to:

• Build their own client base
• Offer flexible hours
• Customize lessons to their teaching philosophy
• Decide when and where they work
• Earn on their own terms

For Students, this means access to a wide variety of talented, experienced professionals who teach in a way that fits your goals.

Who Handles Payments and Lesson Logistics?

TeachMe.To manages:

• Secure payment processing
• Booking flow
• Scheduling tools
• Customer support
• Communication and reminders

Coaches focus on what they do best: teaching.
