I’ve been involved in softball for 18 years—as a player and as a coach. Over the past four years, I’ve had the privilege of coaching, including three years as the head middle school softball coach at Hamilton Township Local Schools. While I primarily played catcher and third base, I was also considered a utility player and could fill in anywhere on the field as needed. Those two positions were just my main starting spots.
