Hi, it's me Janet. Certified Yoga Teacher with over 6 years experience in many styles of Yoga including: Vinyasa, Restorative, Nidra, and Yin. My teachings have a heavy background in Meditation and Trauma-Based healing as well. My offerings include in-person, private, virtual, and group sessions depending on what you need. As well as the ability to practice at your home or in my studio, we could even venture outdoors! Let's grow and flow together.
