My father, a gold medalist with the USSR volleyball team during its Olympic debut at the 1964 Tokyo Games, profoundly influenced my early understanding of the game. I grew up listening to his discussions about training plans, psychology, and game strategies, and in the 1990s, I observed his leadership as a national team coach. These experiences instilled in me a profound appreciation for the discipline, commitment, and teamwork that volleyball demands. Building on this foundation, I have dedicated my life to sport, gaining invaluable experience across various roles, levels, and countries. As a beach volleyball coach, I bring a well-rounded approach that emphasizes integrity, strategic planning, and fostering an environment where athletes can thrive both on and off the court.
