Hi I'm Coach Patrick Leyden. I'm a PE teacher, with 2 years of volleyball coaching experience, I aim to instill a love for the game while fostering skill development. My approach focuses on technique, teamwork, and a positive learning environment for every player. Let's elevate your game! My playing experience is 2 years of Middle School and 2 years of High School volleyball.
"Coach Leyden helped me develop better front-row techniques, encouraging me to block and spike with confidence. He also made sure I played both front and back row positions, believing I could be successful at both and always balancing my practice to improve all my skills.
I’ve played 2 years at an NCAA division I program competing in the WCC. In high school I went to the Division 2 CIF southern section finals. As well as a 2x Junior National Champion. Although I’ve decided to center my college career solely on beach after 2 years, I spent my last two years of college head coaching for indoor volleyball.
"Hannah would babysit my 9 year old daughter and always picked up a volleyball and just played. She was very engaging and was able to teach my daughter the basic skills in volleyball. She plays on a 12U beginner team and progressed immensely through their time together. My daughter loved Hannah as both a “friend” and a volleyball player.
