Private Track & Field Training Sessions & Coaches in New Orleans, LA

I believe athletes perform their best when they are challenged, supported, and truly understood. My approach goes beyond writing workouts, I build relationships, identify each athlete’s strengths and areas for growth, and create a training environment where athletes gain confidence in themselves. Over the years, I have developed a reputation for helping athletes discover what they are capable of achieving. I don’t just coach times and distances, I coach the person behind the performance. Every athlete who trains with me is given a clear pathway for improvement, individual attention, and the tools needed to become stronger, faster, and more confident. My training environment is built on accountability, energy, and belief. Athletes learn how to compete, overcome challenges, and develop the mindset needed to succeed on and off the track. Whether an athlete is trying to make their school team, earn a scholarship, reach the next level, or simply become a better version of themselves, my mission is to help them unlock their potential. I take pride in creating a culture where athletes feel valued, motivated, and excited to train. The goal is not only to produce better athletes, but to create young people who understand the value of hard work, consistency, and believing in their own ability.

"Working with Coach Kris Lewis took my performance to a whole new level. From day one, he focused on the details that actually make a difference—mechanics, acceleration, speed development, and consistency. Every session was intentional, and I could feel myself improving with each workout.
