I hold an ACSM-CPT and a degree in exercise science, backed by D1 soccer and a year competing in Spain. After tearing my ACL twice, I earned a D1 offer post-injury and kept playing through recovery, giving me firsthand insight into injury prevention, return-to-play, and mental toughness that coursework alone can’t teach. I specialize in injury prevention and rehab as well as position specifics soccer skills, I’d love to bring that combination of education and lived experience to your program.
"Kyle is a very knowledgeable and experienced coach/ trainer. He helped me develop a high level of skills and understanding for the game. Specifically for my position as a left back he trained me in different common scenarios and drills that helped me gain confidence during games. This is an elite level coach and I can’t recommend him enough for people trying to get back into Plato my or wanting to reach a higher level of playing.
I have coached soccer teams on two different occasions. Both times, my son was on the team. I also work one on one with whoever will take advice on how to improve their skills. A first lesson will vary with the age and skill level I am dealing with.
